The day post my return from Madrid I am voiceless, have an aching back and am without my Michael Kors purse which was stolen. And yet the trip was still FANTASTIC. Madrid is a beautiful city and the markets were wonderful (even though I had no money to spend in them). The one downside is that you can feel really unsafe at night or on your own and about a third of our group had phones/ purses stolen from them. The pluses have to be the palace and the price of food and drink are wonderfully cheap. Once you never go to the nightclub called JOY than Madrid will be a great place to visit!!
